Bosses in Terraria

King Slime	Pre-Hardmode	You must kill 150 slimes during Slime Rain or use the Slime Crown.
Eye of Cthulhu	Pre-Hardmode	You need to have more than 200 HP, 10 Defense, and 3 NPCs living in your house for the Boss to spawn at the start of the night with a 1 in 3 chance. You can also use Suspicious Looking Eye at night.
Eater of Worlds	Pre-Hardmode	You must destroy three Shadow Orbs or use Worm Food in the world with corruption chasms.
Brain of Cthulhu	Pre-Hardmode	You must smash three Crimson Hearts or use Bloody Spine in the world with the crimson biome.
Queen Bee	Pre-Hardmode	You must destroy the Queen Bee larva in the hive or use Abeemination in the jungle biome.
Skeletron	Pre-Hardmode	You should talk to Old Man at the Dungeon’s entrance at night.
Wall of Flesh	Pre-Hardmode	You must throw the Voodoo Doll into the lava.
Queen Slime	Hardmode	You must destroy the Gelatin Crystals in the underground hallow.
The Twins	Hardmode	You must use Mechanical Eye at night time.
The Destroyer	Hardmode	You must use Mechanical Worm at night time.
Skeletron Prime	Hardmode	You must use Mechanical Skull at night time.
Plantera	Hardmode	You must destroy Plantera Bulb in the underground jungle after defeating all Mechanical Bosses.

Golem	Hardmode	You must use Lihzahrd Power Cell at the Lihzahrd Altar.
Duke Fishron	Hardmode	You must use Truffle Worm as bait with a high-powered fishing rod in an ocean biome to fish.
Lunatic Cultist	Hardmode	You must kill four Cultists that spawn at the Dungeon’s entrance after defeating the Golem.
Moon Lord	Hardmode	You must destroy the four Celestial Pillars or use the Celestial Sigil after defeating the Golem.
