Rosaria is a four-star Cryo user whose abilities are best suited for a Support build. However, players should not shy away from using her as the main DPS, as she deals with huge numbers if equipped with the right weapons and artifacts.
The best free to play Polearm weapons for Rosaria is the Dragonspine Spear and the Crescent Pike. Despite many people saying that the Crescent Pike is the best four-star weapon for Rosaria, we think Dragonspine Spear is the one that needs the limelight.
The Dragonspine Spear is one of the best free to play options for Rosaria because of the Physical DMG Bonus and the weapon’s special ability, Frost Burial.
Even at refinement level 1, with Frost Burial Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing 80% AoE ATK DMG. Opponents affected by Cryo are dealt 200% ATK DMG instead by the icicle. Can only occur once every 10s.
Rosaria is one of the best characters to counter the Oceanid Boss, she freezes the creatures and thanks to that the Dragonspine Spear special ability deals 200% of the ATK DMG, which is already booster by the weapon’s secondary stat bonus.
Likewise, the Crescent Pike is a great free to play choice for Rosaria as it also provides a Physical DMG Bonus and the weapon’s special ability, Infusion Needle comes into play when players pick up an Elemental Orb/Particle, Normal and Charged Attacks deal an additional 20% ATK as DMG for 5s.

If you are building Rosaria as a DPS character then using the Deathmatch Polearm is your best bet. However, Deathmatch is obtained via Battle Pass so you might have to invest a little.
Similarly, for support Rosaria Favonius Lance will do fine as it provides Energy Recharge Bonus. However, it is a weapon obtained from Gacha. So, you can use Dragonspine Spear or the Crescent Pike and for Energy Recharge, use your artifacts.
