How to complete the Whatever Floats Your Goat achievement in Minecraft
As we’ve mentioned earlier, the primary goal of this achievement is to get in a boat and float with a goat. Therefore, players are required to craft a boat in Minecraft and catch some goats.
In order to craft a boat in Minecraft, gamers will require five wooden planks and a shovel. Once they have the ingredient materials, simply place them in the pattern on the crafting table, as shown in the image below.
Next, players will want to find some goats, which explicitly spawn in mountain biomes. To be more specific, one will require an adult goat, as many players have reported that baby goats are ineligible for Whatever Floats Your Goat achievement. In order to identify an adult goat in Minecraft, look for the goat with 0.9 blocks high and 1.3 blocks wide.
After farming the goats, place the boat on the ground and push it towards the goats to put them in the boat. Finally, get into the boat and press the forward key to sail in the front direction.
