Players can get Hellfire Butterfly from the trounce domain Narukami Island: Tenshukaku. It is a story domain that got added to Genshin Impact with the version 2.1 update.

The Tenshukaku domain features the La Signora boss battle. You can unlock it once you have completed Archon Quest Chapter II – Act III: Omnipresence Over Mortals.
Also, to get the Hellfire Butterfly, players must select the level 70 or above level variant of the Tenshukaku domain.

Since it is an item obtained from La Signora’s weekly boss, players have only one chance per week to obtain the Hellfire Butterfly—which is also random. Thankfully, players can use Dream Solvent to convert Ashen Heart and Molten Moment to Hellfire Butterfly.
