In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you will find a Moon Stone in the South Province (Area Three). You can use the above map screenshot to reach the location of Moon Stone. 

Once you are there, depending on what path you took, you may have to jump off the cliff on top of your ride and land safely to reach the tree where the Moon Stone is found on the ground
