You can get Thunder Stones for 3,000 Pokédollars from the Delibird Presents shop, denoted by the Shopping Bag icon found in almost every major city. However, the Water Stones are not purchasable from the get-go; to unlock them, you must get three Gym Badges.

We recommend you defeat the Dark-type Star Leader and unlock the path to Mesagoza, one of the major cities where you can visit the Delibird Presents and buy the Water Stones in exchange for Pokédollars.

Keep this in mind! The Delibird Presents shop is available in other cities, too, like Levincia and Cascarrafa. So, if you are stopping by any of these cities and have a few Pokédollars to spend, you can visit the respective shop and purchase the Thunder Stone.

In the open world, you can find Thunder Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in these locations:

  • One Thunder Stone is located in the City of Levincia. Take the path that leads out into the East Paldean Sea, and you will find the Thunder Stone.
