The Flying Saucer, or just ‘Saucer’, in Fortnite was introduced back in Chapter 2 Season 7: the season of UFOs! These amazing flying vehicles can be flown by one player, with 3 others hitching a ride on the top. They have made a brief reappearance during Chapter 3 Season 3 for a bonus XP weekend. Flying Saucer Locations in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3
The Saucer is a flying vehicle that runs on a battery much like the Baller. It has a weapon that deals damage, and a beam that can lift items and players in to the air. The energy ball that shoots from its primary weapon deals 30 damage to players and 450 damage to structures.
The Saucer moves much like a Choppa, with ascending and descending abilities, and a boost function. The vehicle’s HP is set at 600 with 100 Shield, and regenerates when shot down. It can be shot down 3 times before it explodes entirely. The Saucer’s battery will deplete over time but lands safely where it recharges on the ground.

During Chapter 3 Season 3, players can find the Saucer in these locations around the map:
- Sleepy Sound
- Logjam Lotus
- Greasy Grove
- Chonkers Speedway
- The Joneses
- The Daily Bugle

The Saucer is a fun way to find and destroy enemies, and to manoeuvre around the map. It is also very useful as a squads vehicle as it has a space for each squad member. If a team mate is downed the beam can pick them up to be moved to safety.
