NEO: The World Ends With You

The World Ends With You is among the most unique JRPGs ever made by Square Enix, featuring a modern stylish setting and amazing combat that utilizes touch screen controls like few other games do. This same stylish experience will be featured in the long-anticipated sequel, NEO: The World Ends With You.

While we know very little about the upcoming second entry in the series, it seems like the time has finally arrived to learn more about the game. In a new tweet shared today, series’ creator Tetsuya Nomura confirmed that more information on NEO: The World Ends With You will be revealed on April 9 ahead of the airing of the first episode of The World Ends With You new anime in Japan.

This is definitely good to hear, as there has been complete radio silence since the announcement of the game. The announcement trailer did provide small glimpses of the experience, but they were definitely not enough, considering how long fans of the original had to wait for NEO: The World Ends With You to get announced.

NEO: The World Ends With You launches on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 this Summer.
