You can tame Fjordhawks in the ARK Survival Evolved Fjordur map by feeding them meat. The best and easiest way to tame Fjordhawks is by bringing a lot of Sheep, aka Ovis, to kill them near a Fjordhawk and let him eat the dead body.

Doing so will start filling the Fjordhawk’s Taming Meter. Once the meter is at 100%, you will successfully have tamed the Fjordhawk. After that, the Fjordhawk will follow you out in the wild. The Fjordhawk can sit on your shoulders, fly around you and do much more things than being just a fancy companion.

There are multiple locations where you can find Fjordhawks in the ARK Survival Evolved Fjordur map—you can find one such place at the coordinates: 76.6 Latitude and 41.5 Longitude. There, you will come across two Fjordhawks.
