Yan Fei is an upcoming playable character in Genshin Impact who was leaked a few days ago alongside another character Eula. Feiyan or Yan Fei is a four-star Pyro user from Liyue whose weapon of choice is a Catalyst. With Genshin Impact 1.5 leaks going haywire, we have a plethora of data-mined information on Yan Fei’s elemental abilities, passive talents, constellations and much more to talk about.
Similar to Ganyu, Yan Fei is half human and half adepti. According to her leaked character description – Yan Fei is a well known legal adviser in Liyue Harbor, “A brilliant young lady in whose veins runs the mixed blood of an illuminated beast.”
Yanfei Elemental Abilities
Just like any other playable character, Yan Fei comes with two major elemental abilities. The first one is her Elemental Skill and the second one is her Elemental Burst attack.
Yanfei Elemental Skill – Signed Edict
Yan Fei’s elemental skill Signed Edict summons a blistering flame that deals AoE Pyro DMG. Opponents hit by the flames grant Yan Fei the maximum number of Scarlet Seals.
Yanfei Elemental Burst – Done Deal
Yan Fei’s elemental burst attack Done Deal triggers a spray of intense flames that rush at nearby opponents, dealing AoE Pyro damage, granting Yan Fei the maximum number of Scarlet Seals and Applying Brilliance to her.
What does Brilliance do in Yan Fei’s elemental burst?
Brilliance grants Yan Fei a Scarlet Seal at fixed intervals. It also increases her damaged dealt by charged attacks. The effect of Brilliance ends as soon as Yan Fei leaves the field or falls in battle.

Proviso
When Yanfei consumes Scarlet Seals through heavy hits, each Scarlet Seal increases Yanfei’s Pyro damage by 5% for six seconds. The effect does not stack.
Xiehi’s Eye
When Yanfei’s charged attacks deal CRIT hits, she will deal an additional instance of AOE Pyro damage equal to 80% of her attack. This damage counts as charged attack damage.
Yan Fei’s Constellations – From C1 to C6
Here are the different constellations for Yan Fei that players can unlock by getting a duplicate copy of her.
C1- The Law Knows No Kindness
When Yanfei uses her charged attack, each existing Scarlet Seal also reduces the stamina cost of the charged attack by 10% and increases her interruption resistance.
C2- Right of Final Interpretation
Increases Yanfei’s charged attack critical rate by 20% against enemies below 50% HP.
C3- Samadhi Fire-Forged
Increases the level of Signed Edict by three. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4- Supreme Amnesty
When Done Deal is used: It creates a shield that absorbs up to 75% of Yanfei’s max HP for 15 seconds. This shield absorbs Pyro damage 250% more effectively.
C5- Legal Cheat Sheet
Increases the level of Done Deal by three. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6- Extra Clause
Increases the maximum number of Scarlet Seals by one.
