Go to the Dawn Winery
Travel to Dawn Winery Statue of Seven and defeat the two Treasure Hoarders. Now use interact key to dig the ground. There you will find out, a special message for Barbara, left by none other than Albert. If you can remember in the the first quest, we gave advice to the three Citizenry and Albert was one of them.
