Borderlands 2 on Nintendo Switch launched without any major issues, but things changed slightly with the release of the previous update that introduced tons of quality of life improvements as well as support for the Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary. These issues caused sudden crashes that prevented many from enjoying the game.

These issues, thankfully, have now become a thing of the past, thanks to a new update that is now live worldwide that addresses these crashing issues that have been reported by the community.

Among the many quality of life improvements brought by the Borderlands 2 1.01 update are a Field of View slider, tweaks to the fast travel menu and more. Now that the crashing issues introduced by the update have been fixed, all players can enjoy these amazing quality of life improvements without any trouble.

Borderlands 2 is now out on Nintendo Switch worldwide.
