Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 (a.k.a. Cubed) is here, and it looks absolutely exciting. With new additions like Carnage, the giant cubes, and the Sideways, Season 8 is going to be action-packed. As the update rolls out, players will venture into the island and fight some cube monsters.
Everyone is curious about the cubes and the Sideways. The Sideways is essentially an alternate reality loaded with monsters, no buildings, and very low gravity. Players will also get an opportunity to grab some special loot in there.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season: What does a Sideways Encounter Look Like?
Sideways promise a lot of action. Once you step in, you have endless waves of Cube Monsters swarming you. The aim is simple: destroy the waves of monsters before they destroy you. The Cube Monsters get stronger as they start teaming up.
But these monsters aren’t the only ones you need to shield yourself from. While you are slaying the monsters, other players can come and take a shot at you too.
To make it to the end, you’ll need to gear up a little before entering the Sideways. Setting up walls will shield you from monsters as well as other players.
