We recommend fighting the Tree Sentinel, as he drops 3200 Runes and the Golden Halberd, a must-have early-game weapon for Strength builds who want to use Holy damage combined with physical damage to take out enemies and bosses in a few hits.

To some of the new players, defeating Tree Sentinel might prove to be a difficult task. But don’t you worry, as we already have a handy guide on how to cheese Tree Sentinel boss fight in Elden Ring

Here, have a look at the Tree Sentinel’s damage negation and absorptions:

  • Standard: 10
  • Slash: 35
  • Strike: 10
  • Pierce: 10
  • Magic: 20
  • Fire: 40
  • Lightning: 0 (-10 while raining)
  • Holy: 40

While the Tree Sentinel is immune to critical attacks, you can always parry his physical attacks to stagger him for a short time, then attack him to deal 10% more damage.
