How to Get Rock Sling Gravity Magic Early
You can find the Meteorite Staff in the Caelid region of the Lands Between in an underground dungeon-like area in the Swamp of Aeonia.

Go to the above location and kill all the flower-like enemies. Once that is done, pick up the staff from the dead body.
To reach the Swamp of Aeonia, you have to travel East from the First Step Site of Grace to reach Dragon Burnt Ruins. There, look for stairs that lead to an underground room.
Inside the room, you will find a chest that upon opening will teleport you to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. Get out of the tunnel and make your way towards Southwest. You will eventually reach the Swamp of Aeonia.
