How to Get Rock Sling Gravity Magic Early
You can find the Rock Sling Gravity Magic in the Caelid region of the Lands Between in an underground dungeon-like area in Swamp of Aeonia.

The Rock Sling magic is inside a chest. Once you have obtained it, you can go to any Site of Grace to equip it. It consumes low FP but deals very high damage—especially when used with the Meteorite Staff that boosts Gravity Magic.
To reach the Swamp of Aeonia, you have to travel East from the First Step Site of Grace to reach Dragon Burnt Ruins. There, look for stairs that lead to an underground room.

Inside the room, you will find a chest that upon opening will teleport you to the Sellia Crystal Tunnel. Get out of the tunnel and make your way towards Southwest. You will eventually reach the Swamp of Aeonia.
Check the above map screenshot if you are facing difficulty in reaching the said location. Once you are there, once again, look for stairs that lead to an underground room.

Open the chest inside the room, and you will obtain the Rock Sling magic.
