The highly anticipated Garena Free Fire OB33 update is ready to hit the global servers today. The latest update will bring a new Link system, Credit system, new Kenta character, and more. To experience all the new features and changes, players must download the latest Free Fire OB33 update.

However, if one tries to log in to Free Fire, they will most likely encounter an error, “The server will be ready soon.” As a result, the players can’t access the game for a specific period of time.
Why is Free Fire not opening?
Like always, the game servers are taken down for maintenance for a few hours before the roll-out of any Free Fire major update. With that in mind, the Free Fire will not open from 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM (IST) due to server maintenance.
The officials stated the following via Facebook post:
Get ready for the new update coming soon. Maintenance will begin tomorrow starting at 9:30 am – 5:15 pm (IST). During this time, you will not be able to enter the game during this time but you can continue playing as usual and experience the new patch as soon as you update.
As soon as the maintenance is over, the servers will be resumed again and the players can open Free Fire game at 5:45 PM IST. The latest Free Fire OB33 update weighs around 418 MB and can be downloaded from Google Playstore and the iOS App Store.

Free Fire OB33 update release date and time
As announced officially, the Free Fire OB33 update will be released on March 23, 2022, at 5:45 PM IST.
The official announcement reads the following:
Await the newest patch right after maintenance ends. After you update the app, you may try the new features such as the new weapon, advanced weapons, and a more fun Training Map! Don’t forget that maintenance will end at 5:45 pm IST!
