In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can find Spicy Pepper around Hyrule mainland and the different Sky Islands that float above it. One of the best locations in the starting area, Great Sky Island, is the eastern part of the Island, and other locations like the Pit Cave. 

You will even find some Spicy Pepper plants west of Lookout Landing. However, we would still recommend farming Spicy Pepper in the eastern part of the Great Sky Island as it holds around seventeen Spicy Pepper plants, with each offering three Spicy Peppers.
