As you progress through Chernobylite in the “Traitor” quest, you will receive a quest to deal with the scavenger from Olivier. The latter thinks that he looks extremely suspicious. As is often the case in other situations in the game, you are free to do your own thing. You can, if you wish, follow Olivier’s instructions and eliminate the traitor, or you can leave him alive and let him go.

If the traitor is still alive by the time of the “A Voice in The Woods” quest, then you will be able to help him out again by freeing him from the cell and giving him food. In this case, the traitor and Olga will then be reunited in the village and the woman will be very pleased. As a result, you will get the opportunity to recruit her into your squad. However, if you killed Konstantin, and Olga found out about this, you will only disgust her, and inviting her to your squad will no longer work.
