You won’t come across the Brimstone Boss, you will have to call her. To summon Brimstone Elemental, you need to make your way to the Brimstone Crag biome. There, you need the Charred Idol to summon the Brimstone Elemental.

After summoning the Brimstone Elemental, it’s time to defeat her and move forward into the game.

You will experience three phases of the Brimstone Elemental which get switched randomly. At the start, she will be in the first phase where she teleports twice. Here, you will have shorter battles.

During the second phase, Brimstone Elemental hovers above you and shoots Brimstone Hellfireballs. To tackle this, move around slowly and try to remain above the boss.

For the third phase, the boss covers herself in a hard shell which makes her highly immune against damage. Along with this, she fires Brimstone Darts and Hellfireballs. Again, to dodge the hellfireballs’ projectile, move around slowly.

To flatten out the lava a little, get your hands on a waterwalking potion. Try to dig out the Brimstone Slag to assist you with quicker mobility.

You will find items like Bloodstone, Brimlance, Brimstone Elemental Mask, Trophy, and much more.
