Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game that shares many similarities to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Though, unlike Zelda, Genshin Impact has a diverse set of unique playable characters, each having distinct elemental skill sets, choice of weapons, and much more.

Switching characters in Genshin Impact during a battle on Mobile devices is simple. Click on the character icon on the right side of your screen, to switch to that character.

When it comes to PC players, they can switch characters by using the top 1, 2, 3, and 4 numeric keys on their keyboard. Now, as for PlayStation players, they can change characters using the D-Pad on their controller.

Domains in Genshin Impact are like Dungeons that reward players with character and weapon upgrade materials and much more. Each domain has different types of enemies prone to different elemental damage. It is a good strategy to design your team as per the domain requirements.

Before entering a domain players are automatically prompted to a character selection screen. At the bottom left corner of the screen, you can find which element users are best for completing the domain. Select four suitable characters and then enter the domain to slay some enemies for good loot.
