Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Version 9.0.0 To Release Next Week

A new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate update will be released in the next few days to introduce support for new content and more.

The 9.0.0 update release will coincide with the release of the new DLC fighters Steve and Alex from Minecraft. It is not yet clear if the update will introduce more new content as of now.

The new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate update will also bring some balancing tweaks for characters, so make sure to convert replay data into videos before updating the game from October 14th onwards.

From October 14th, players will finally be able to play as Steve and Alex from Minecraft. The two characters come with a very unique moveset that brings some of the features of the popular sandbox game into the Smash series. The team put some serious effort into developing these characters, effectively expanding the scope of the entire series as well.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available on Nintendo Switch worldwide. Steve and Alex will release on October 14th.
