Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is going to receive its next big update later this week, introducing new content to the game and support for the first DLC fighter included in the Fighter Pass.
The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 3.0 update is going to be released later today, on April 17th. On the same day, DLC character Joker, the protagonist of Persona 5, is also getting released.
Update 3.0 is also going to include the Stage Builder mode, as well as a video editor and Smash World, a brand new service in the Nintendo Switch Online app, where players will be able to share videos and download stages created with the Stage Builder.
Smash World: Players can view shared videos and download stages created in Stage Builder to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in Smash World, a new service in the Nintendo Switch Online app.
In Smash World, players can view recommended videos and even download custom stages shared by others online, giving players more ways than ever before to share their Super Smash Bros. Ultimate experience with friends.
Alongside the brand new content described above, new Mii Fighter costumes will also be released. These costumes are based on Persona 5, Persona 4, Persona 3 and Sonic The Hedgehog.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available worldwide in all regions. The 3.0 update launches later today in all regions.
