Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury Famitsu Review Gets Full English Translation

The wait has been quite long, but Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is now almost here, releasing later this week worldwide. Nintendo Everything provided a full English translation of the review. The four reviewers awarded the game a total score of 36/40, which is quite high, considering most of the experience is identical to the original Wii U release’s.

One thing is certain: you will be spending quite a bit of time with Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. The game’s main campaign is packed full of levels and secrets to discover, and the additional Bowser’s Fury campaign will provide the open-ended experience that Mario fans expect out of a 3D entry in the series. A lot of love has been put into this release, and it clearly shows: the original game didn’t enjoy huge success due to the Wii U not doing great on the market, so it is nice to see the development team do its best to leave a lasting impression on those who are going to play Super Mario 3D World for the first time.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury launches on Nintendo Switch on February 12.
