The main Persona 5 game may not be coming to Nintendo Switch, but Joker and the other Phantom Thieves will make an appearance on the console in the near future thanks to Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers.
Persona 5 Scramble is not being developed by Atlus directly but by Koei Tecmo. The game is going to be an action role-playing where Joker and other characters from Persona 5 will take on a lot of enemies at the same time as well as huge, powerful bosses.
Persona 5 Scramble has been long known as Persona 5 S, which made many believe that the S stood for Switch. The inclusion of Joker in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate also have more fuel to the fire, and in a way, those who thought that the character had to appear in a game released on a Nintendo console weren’t wrong.
Persona 5 Scramble launches on a yet to be confirmed release date on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
