According to the latest issue of the Japanese magazine, the new entry in the series will feature Charlotte Katakuri as a playable character.

He will come with all of his signature moves, so players will be able to recreate the epic battle he had with Luffy in the manga and anime without having to compromise on anything.

Last month, it’s been confirmed during the Tokyo Game Show that One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 will also cover the Wano Country arc, which is the latest story arc.

No character has been confirmed from the arc, but we will definitely see some of the faces who appear in the island to become playable in the game.

The One Piece Pirate Warriors series is known for the huge character variety as well as for the usual Dynasty Warriors experience featuring huge stages filled with bad guys to beat up and powerful bosses.

The experience may not be the deepest around, but it’s great fun, especially for fans of the series and of the adventures of the Straw Hat Crew.

One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 launches sometime in 2020 on Nintendo Switch and other formats.
