The Monster Hunter series is soon to celebrate its anniversary, and Capcom announced that this year, the celebrations will all be hosted online.
Earlier today, the Japanese publisher confirmed that three livestreams will be hosted during the second week of March. A general Monster Hunter Digital event is scheduled for March 8, while a Monster Hunter Rise Gameplay showcase will air the following day, on March 9. Closing off the celebrations will be a Community Livestream on March 11.
With Monster Hunter Rise on the horizon, there is no doubt that even the Monster Hunter Digital Event will focus heavily on the upcoming title. A second playable demo was rumored to release in March, so if it is indeed coming, it will be revealed during one of these events.
Monster Hunter Rise is set to move the series forward with tons of new gameplay mechanics, and the same engaging experience of its predecessors. The hunt will begin on Nintendo Switch starting March 26 worldwide.
