Riot has finally released Patch 2.0 for League of Legends: Wild Rift with a bunch of fresh content, including a stack of new skins, champions, handy features, and more to enhance the overall gaming experience of the players.
For those who don’t know, the Season Zero of LOL Wild Rift is currently underway and will end in a few days. Meanwhile, the players are eager for the commencement of the first ranked season. While the announcement of Wild Rift Patch 2.0 notes, Riot also unveiled Season one’s release date.
LOL Wild Rift Ranked Season One Release Date
As per the official announcement, the first official ranked season i.e., Season 1 of Wild Rift will release on January 8, 2021. Once the current ranked season is over, all the players’ ranks will be reset, and the Ranked mode will be unavailable for 3-4 hours. Those who participated in Season 0 will receive the rewards after the season concludes.

The developers have also announced the Glorious Tryndamere as a reward for those who make it to Gold in the first ranked season. In the latest Wild Rift Patch 2.0, five new champions have joined the pool along with various new skins.
To deliver a much better gaming environment, devs have also added plenty of handy features like Party Finder, a new latency indicator, and a slew of other gameplay improvements.
