How to Unlock The Creature Feature Achievement in High On Life
In High On Life, you can unlock the Creature Feature achievement by obtaining a Creature from the labs area during the Skrendel Bro bounty mission. You will get a “crying in pain” audio cue, just keep your ears open, and you will get the Creature.

Unlocking the Creature Feature achievement will net you 20 Gamerscore. So, if you are a completionist, you must unlock the labs area and find and obtain the Creature to unlock the said achievement.
That aside, if you manage to unlock all thirty-two achievements in the game, you will obtain around 1000 Gamerscore. Since most achievements are related to killing or defeating bounty targets and acquiring new weapons, getting the other achievements would not be that hard.
