Genshin Impact Midsummer Islands Adventure Part II has given players more ground to cover in the Golden Apple Archipelago area. With the decrease in water level, new isles and areas have popped up. And with that, we have new quests, puzzles, and hidden areas to explore, what looked like an underwhelming update is turning out to be one of the best filler updates so far.

Among the many new islets, we have one islet that is covered with a water dome. Ever since Midsummer Islands Adventure Part II started, we have been looking into different ways to unlock the water dome. In this article, we will talk about where players can find the water dome in Golden Apple Archipelago and how to unlock it.

Where to find Water Dome in Golden Apple Archipelago

The Water Dome islet is located between Broken Isle and Minacious Isle of Golden Apple Archipelago. For reference, the above player icon location is where you will find the water dome.

You can use the Waverider to travel to the Water Dome islet. Once you reach there, you can unlock the teleport waypoint.

How to unlock the water dome in Golden Apple Archipelago

The water dome found in Golden Apple Archipelago will be unlocked in the later stages of Midsummer Islands Adventure event. At current, there is no way of unlocking the water dome.

Players have to wait till Midsummer Islands Adventure III or later stages to unlock the water dome. One thing we are sure about is that the water dome islet is going to play an important role because we have a teleport waypoint there.

Every Isle with a teleport waypoint is an important location in Golden Apple Archipelago. For example, we have a teleport waypoint on the Maguu Kenki isle that appeared with Midsummer Islands Adventure II. Even though the boss is yet to be unlocked.

The three pillars emitting light on the single pillar might be the key to unlock the water dome. Only time will tell.
