How to Build a Slime Hutch

As always, before building a Slime Hutch, you must first gather resources. Fortunately, this will not be a very difficult task, especially if you have already developed your character and farm well. And here’s what you need:

  • 500 Stone
  • 10,000 Gold
  • 1 Iridium Bar
  • 10 Refined Quartz

After collecting the necessary resources, you must go to Robin’s Carpenter Shop to build the Slime Hutch. Also, after building, you will immediately receive a Slime Egg from Marlon. We recommend that you immediately place fences and flooring inside the Slime Hutch, as Slimes are hostile creatures. Also, for your protection, you can use the Slime Charmer Ring.

How to Breed Slimes

To start breeding Slimes, you will first need to find Slime Eggs. They can be found in the Skull Cavern treasure rooms or obtained as slime drops or through Slime-Egg Presses. Then, you must place the Slime Egg in the Slime Incubator to grow Slimes. After that, male and female Slimes will start creating new Slimes.

You must keep the water troughs in the Slime Hutch always full, so the Slimes have been producing Slime Balls. And you can sell these Balls for 5 Gold each and use them for crafting. Also, from Slime Balls you can get Petrified Slime, which can be given to the Wizard or sold for 120 Gold.
