You can get to the Golden Apple Archipelago in Genshin Impact 2.8 Summer Fantasia update by completing the quest called Summertime Odyssey: I, which will appear on July 15th, 2022, at server time.

At current, you can complete the pre-requisites required to unlock the Summertime Odyssey event:
- Complete the Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves [Chapter 2 Prologue]
- Complete Beyond this World’s Stars [Mona’s Story Quest]
- You must be at Adventure Rank 32 or above
If you have already completed the above quests and are at Adventure Rank 32 or more. You can enjoy the new Story Quests of Kazuha and Shikanoin Heizou till the Summertime Odyssey: I quest is unlocked. After that, you can check your Journal or the Events tab in Genshin Impact to navigate to the quest.
