Where to Find the Oval Stone
In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can find the Oval Stone evolutionary item in Lost Tower located on Route 209.
Take Route 209 and make your way towards the Lost Tower. Once you reach there, navigate to the second floor and fight the Trainer. After winning the battle, grab all the items from him. Among other items, you will also find the Oval Stone.

Once you obtain the Oval Stone, you can equip it on a Happiny and level him during the Morning or Day time between 4:00 am – 7:59 pm to evolve him into Chansey.
