In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can find the Thunder Stone evolutionary item in the Grand Underground and Sunnyshore City.
In the Grand Underground, you have to use an Explorer’s Kit to dig underground till you locate a Thunderstone embedded on the wall.
If, that sounds like a big task. You can head to Sunnyshore City and navigate towards the west of the Pokémon center. Follow the large white stairs till you reach the eastern side where you find a Sailor and more stairs.
