Elekid-TTP

If you want to get your hands on the Electrizer, you’ll need to catch or steal one from an Elekid in the Grand Underground. The Grand Underground can be found at either the Whiteout Cave, Stargleam Cavern, Glacial Cavern and Dazzling Cavern.

There’s ever a 5% chance of Elekid carrying an Electrizer. So you can catch the Elekid and snag the Electrizer from any one you come across in the Grand Underground.

Either Thief or Covet can steal the item if the Pokémon using the move isn’t holding the item. Also, Pokémons with the Compound Eyes ability increases the chances of Elekid carrying an Electrizer.

After successfully catching or stealing an Electrizer, you can evolve it into an Electivire. Note that catching or stealing an Electrizer from Elekid is the only of acquiring the Pokémon in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
