How to Get Seirai Stormchasers Quest

Teleport to the above-marked waypoint and make your way towards the north. There you will find an NPC named Eiko with a quest marker. Talk to her and you will get the world quest Seirai Stormchasers.

Similar to many other world quests found by exploring the available regions of Genshin Impact, the Seirai Stormchasers is a multi-part quest.

The new world boss, Thunder Manifestation, aka the Electro Oceanid, is locked behind the Seirai Stormchasers world quest. If you want to ascend the Raiden Shogun, Baal, past level 40, you need Thunder Beads. Sadly, you can’t get them until you complete the Seirai Stormchasers quest and unlock the Thunder Manifestation boss arena. As the thunder beads are a drop item from the Thunder Manifestation boss.
