How To Get Rest (TM085) in Scarlet and Violet

Rest, aka TM085, is a Psychic-type status ability that players can use to heal the respective Pokémon while removing any status effect. While by default, Wigglytuff and Wishcash have this move, you can use the respective TM to make other Pokémon learn it. But to do all that, you must know how to get Rest (TM085) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How To Get Rest (TM085) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can get the Rest TM085 ability in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet out in the overworld, as it is one of the ground items you can interact with and pick up. 

Once you get Rest TM085, you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft other copies of it:

• 400 LP (League Points)
• Drowzee Fur x3

That said, you will find the TM085 Rest near the Pond at Lost Platos, behind the bench, in the South Province. 

Another Rest, TM085, is located in the East Province (Area One).

As said earlier, once you have the TM085 Rest ability, it will automatically get unlocked in the TM Machine as one of the craftable TMs. Collect the required materials and League Points, and then craft as much Rest ability as you want.
