Go to Enemies section, and scroll down till you find Fatui Cicin Mages.
Click on Navigate to get the location of Fatui Cicin Mages.

Travel to the said location, and kill the mage to get Mist Grass Pollen and other items.
Also, since the Cicin Mages are members of Fatui they drop Recruit’s and other insignias that are used in character ascension in Genshin Impact.
Players can again go back to the Adventurer’s Handbook and navigate to the next location of electro cicin mage.
