After you complete the quest, you can access the item from Inventory–> Gadgets tab.
Using the Parametric Transformer gadget will place it in front of you. Press the interact key to enter transmutation menu.
Select the material and the quantity that you want to transmute.
The end product will be random material. Players have to use elemental attacks to generate enough energy to complete transmutation.
Once you obtain the transmuted item from the Parametric Transformer, you will have to wait for seven days before you using it once again.
