Metronome, aka TM080, is a Normal-type status ability that players can use to perform a random ability to surprise their opponents, and sometimes, get surprised. While it is not the most trustworthy ability you can use to deal massive damage or counter an enemy attack, it sure helps change the fight’s direction. How To Get Metronome (TM080) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can get the Metronome (TM080) ability in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet out in the overworld, as it is one of the ground items you can interact with and pick up. 

Once you get Metronome (TM080), you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft other copies of it:

• 3x Happiny Dust
• 3x Igglybuff Fluff
• 400x League Points

You will find the Metronome (TM080) in the West Province (Area Two), near a Palm Tree at the beach. 

Moreover, you will find another Metronome (TM080) in the East Province (Area Three), on the top level of the Tower.

As said earlier, once you have the Metronome (TM080) ability, it will automatically get unlocked in the TM Machine as one of the craftable TMs. Collect the required materials and League Points, and then craft as much Metronome ability as you want.
