You can get the Leech Life code name TM095 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet from the overworld or by unlocking it as one of the craftable TMs at the TM Machine.
To unlock TM095 Leech Life in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must find and defeat the Team Star Fairy Crew. You will find them in the North Province (Area 3) via Glaseado Mountain.
Once you have the Leech Life unlocked, you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft it:
- 8000 LP (League Points)
- Venonat Fang x3
- Surskit Syrup x3
- Kricketot Shell x3
You will also find the TM095 Leech Life under a tree past the fences near the Montenevera Gym.
You need an original piece to craft additional copies of the TM095 Leech Life. Whether you get it by defeating the said group or from the overworld, it doesn’t matter.
