How To Get Iron Head (TM099) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can get the Iron Head code name TM099 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet from the overworld or by unlocking it as one of the craftable TMs at the TM Machine. 

To unlock TM099 Iron Head in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must find and defeat the Team Star Fairy Crew. You will find them in the North Province (Area 3) via Glaseado Mountain. 

Once you have the Iron Head TM unlocked, you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft it:

• 8000 LP (League Points)
• Pawniard Blade x3
• Rookidee Feather x3
• Cufant Tarnish x5

You will also find the TM099 Iron Head on the ground northeast of Casseroya Lake.
