Helping Hand (TM130) is a Normal-type status ability that players can use to increase the base damage by 50% of an ally Pokémon. How to Get Helping Hand (TM130) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can get the Helping Hand (TM130) ability in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet out in the overworld, as it is one of the ground items you can interact with and pick up. 

Once you get Helping Hand (TM130), you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft other copies of it:

  • 1x Eevee Fur
  • 400x League Points

You will find the Helping Hand (TM130) in the West Province (Area One), on top of a cliff.

Moreover, you will find another Helping Hand (TM130) in the northeast parts of the West Province (Area One) and southeast of the Asado Desert area.

The last Helping Hand (TM130) is found in the South Province (Area Three), right behind the Pokemon Center. To reach the area, use the looped ramp towards the east, and you will eventually reach a ledge with the Helping Hand (TM130).

As said earlier, once you have the Helping Hand (TM130) ability, it will automatically get unlocked in the TM Machine as one of the craftable TMs. Collect the required materials and League Points, and then craft as much Metronome ability as you want.
