In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can get the Dragon Pulse (TM115) by defeating Team Star Fairy Crew led by an NPC named Ortega. You will find their base right past the North Province (Area Three) in the Paldea region.  

Alternatively, you will also find a Dragon Pulse (TM115) in the North Province (Area Two). We have shared a map screenshot pointing to the exact location of the said item.

The second Dragon Pulse (TM115) is found between a rocky outcrop in the West Province (Area Two). Use the below map screenshot to navigate the marked location, and you will find a Dragon Pulse (TM115).

The third Dragon Pulse (TM115) is found on top of the eastern tower in North Province (Area One).

The fourth and final Dragon Pulse (TM115) is found on top of the Plateau you come across in the Glaseado South in the North Province.

After you get the Dragon Pulse (TM115), it will automatically get unlocked at the TM Machines found around Paldea. You can use it to craft as many copies of Dragon Pulse as you want. Just keep these crafting items handy:

  • 3x Swablu Fluff
  • 3x Goomy Goo
  • 3x Tatsugiri Scales
  • 8,000x League Points
