The Cinnabar Spindle is a four-star sword coming with the Genshin Impact version 2.3 update. The secondary stats of the Cinnabar Spindle increases the DEF% of the wielder. And, the weapon skill increases the Elemental Skill damage that scales off the DEF%.

How to Get Cinnabar Spindle Sword
The Cinnabar Spindle sword is a free-to-get weapon that players can obtain from Genshin Impact 2.3 special event “Shadows Amidst Snowstorms.”
In the event, players will obtain different components used to create Puffy Snowmen in your camp. Once you have completed several Puffy Snowmen, you will receive several rewards. Hopefully, the Cinnabar Spindle is one of them.

Players will also obtain the weapon refinement material for the Cinnabar Spindle called Alkahest from the same event.
The Cinnabar Spindle will play a major role in the quest associated with Albedo going berserk and fighting Traveler and team. Why do we say that? Because the Cinnabar Spindle’s official weapon description reads, “A sword made from materials that do not belong in this world. The power within might even be able to withstand the corruption of a venom that could corrode a mighty dragon.”
