To complete the Bad Rep Evidence quest, you must obtain the Secure Folder 0031 in the Customs area from the bunkhouse. After that, you must survive and extract the document to complete the quest.

To open the bunkhouse in Customs that has Secure Folder 0031, you require the Portable bunkhouse key. Here are the different options using which you can obtain the Portable bunkhouse key in Escape From Tarkov:
- It spawns under a Jacket on the ground in the locked room located next to the office in the Factory area. [You must have a Factory Emergency key]
- You obtain it from Scavs.
- You can obtain it from Jackets found around the game map.
- You can buy it from the Flea Market.
Once you have the Portable bunkhouse key, make your way toward the Customs center. And, in the construction zone, south of the dorms, you will find the two-story bunkhouse that garners the Secure Folder 0031.
