It is possible to change your character’s appearance in the game once you’ve embarked on adventures across The Lands Between. But before you can do this, you have played the game and progressed through certain levels before you can change your character’s appearance.

So to change your character’s appearance in Elden Ring, once you’ve defeated the first boss in Limgrave Castle and have unlocked the Roundtable Hold, head there and go up the stairs to Fia’s room.

Then near the foot of the bed is a Clouded Mirror Stand that you can interact with to change your character’s appearance.

You can change your character’s facial appearance but you cannot change their gender or body type. So to avoid this realization, we suggest taking some time to carefully decide your character’s appearance when starting the game.
