You can find it near the Murkwater Catacombs Site of Grace by defeating the Bloody Fingers Narijus.

Uchigatana 

You can get the Uchigatana from a dead body found inside the Deathtouched Catacombs in the Limgrave region of the Lands Between.

Bloodhound’s Fang

You can get the Bloodhound’s Fang by defeating the Bloodhound Knight Darriwil at the Forlorn Hound Evergaol located in Limgrave. 

Hookclaws

You can find Hookclaws in Stormveil Caste that you access once you have defeated Margit the Fell Omen boss.

There are other Bleed-based weapons in Elden Ring like the Rivers of Blood, The Bloody Helice, and others that we often recommend players going for a Bleed build. However, to obtain them, you have to progress through the game by a decent amount.
