To unlock the Lichdragon Fortissax Legend boss fight in Elden Ring, you have to complete Fia’s questline.
Once you give the Cursemark of Death to Fia that you obtain from the Divine Tower of Liurnia of Lakes region of the Lands Between, you can reload the area and interact with Fia till she is finally dead and you can enter her dream.
