Varka is a character in Genshin Impact, who is said to be – one of the strongest people in Mondstadt. He is also the Grand Master of Knights of Favonius, who often leaves his duties in the hands of Jean while carrying out expeditions outside of Mondstadt.
In terms of looks and attitude, Varka is a very tall guy with a friendly attitude, Tartaglia – one of the five-star playable characters of Genshin Impact, calls Varka as “Titan of the Knights of Favonius“.

Genshin Impact players who main Razor might also know that Varka was the first human to make contact with Razor. He taught him how to use a claymore and how to speak.
Moreover, Varka is also known as Knight of Boreas and as we know Andreus – Wolf King of the North, is also called Lupus Boreas. Seeing the similarities in the name, and the fact that Varka met with Razor and taught him everything, clearly indicates, Varka and Andrius knew each other.

Is Varka’s Character Inspired by Artorias from Dark Souls
What it looks like is that Varka’s character is highly inspired by Artorias from Dark Souls. As we know Artorias uses a greatsword and he also had a wolf companion. And, just like Oolacile – we can speculate that Varka is currently out fighting the people of Khaenri’ah who transformed into monsters. We already know that the former Grand Master of Knights of Favonius – Arundolyn, led an expedition into Khaenri’ah to quell the monsters that spewed forth from Khaenri’ah.
